However, it can also become a double-edged sword that brings chaos and destruction if used for the wrong reasons.In the year 2014, Ryo Natsume, a high school student who despises machinery, takes a step towards changing himself. However, he meets his demise under a truck and dies. Fast forward to the year 2030 in Tokyo Harbor, when police officer Miho Uekubo and android Alma are on a mission to infiltrate a trading site where an unknown weapon called "EX-ARM" is being exchanged. However, their partnership is attacked by an enemy wielding the "EX-ARM" No.08. To survive, they are forced to activate the "EX-ARM" No.00 that they had previously stolen from their enemies. This begins the thrilling and dangerous journey of the two as they try to overcome this crisis and unravel the mysteries behind the powerful weapon.
